Christian stewardship: the whole life before God
Biblical stewardship involves time, body, resources, talents, and priorities submitted to the Lord.
Christian stewardship is not limited to money. The Bible teaches that everything we have comes from God: life, time, body, resources, abilities, and opportunities. The Christian manages; he does not possess independently.
This truth changes priorities. The question stops being only “what do I want to do?” and becomes “how can I honor God with what I have received?”
Gratitude before obligation
Biblical stewardship begins with gratitude. God is the giver of life. Recognizing this protects against pride, waste, and anxiety.
When the heart understands grace, contribution and service stop being a burden. They become a response to God’s care.
Faithfulness appears in concrete choices
Stewardship involves budget, schedule, health, talents, and influence. It is not vague spirituality. It is faith reaching practical decisions.
This does not mean living in fear of using resources. It means using them with purpose, generosity, and responsibility before the Lord.
