The cross and the resurrection are the center of Christian faith

Christ's death and resurrection reveal the seriousness of sin and the security of salvation.

Christian faith does not rest only on the moral teachings of Jesus. It rests on His perfect life, substitutionary death, and resurrection. Without the cross, sin would be treated lightly. Without the resurrection, death would have the last word.

Christ did not die as a victim of circumstances outside God’s control. He gave His life in favor of sinners and rose again as the victorious Lord.

The cross reveals justice and love

At the cross, God did not ignore sin. Evil was confronted seriously. At the same time, the cross shows that God did not abandon guilty humanity. Christ took upon Himself what we could not resolve.

This humbles human pride. No one is saved by a spiritual resume. Salvation is received by faith in the crucified and living Savior.

The resurrection changes the present

The resurrection is not only a promise for the future. It confirms that Christ lives, intercedes, and can renew life today. The Christian does not follow the memory of a dead teacher, but a risen Lord.

For that reason, hope and transformation walk together. Whoever trusts in Christ receives forgiveness and is called to a new life.
